1. POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 By accessing or using our website at www.chrono-watch.com and any other websites we own or operate from time to time (collectively, our Website), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions) and our Website Use/Purchase Policies (Policies).
1.2 We reserve the right to add, delete, modify, or otherwise alter any or all our Terms and Conditions and Policies at any time without further notice, at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check our website to determine the then-current Terms and Conditions and Policies to which you are bound. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms and Conditions or Policies, do not use or access, or continue to use or access, our website.

2.1 You acknowledge that our website contains information, data, data compilations, software, photographs, typefaces, text, graphics, sounds, images, and other material that are the property of Chrono Watch or other third parties, and that such content is or may be protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

3.1 The Chrono Watch name and logo, pictures, graphics, as well as our website itself are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other intellectual property laws (Intellectual Property). You may not use our Intellectual Property without our prior written consent.
4. THIRD PARTY PROPERTY AND IP RIGHTS
4.1 Our website may contain content and other Intellectual Property owned by third parties or protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights of third parties (Third Party Property). We do not independently verify the business practices of these third parties, and we make no representations and warranties regarding any Third-Party Property.
4.2 The availability of any link or reference of any third party shall in no way constitute an endorsement by us of such third party or by such third party of us.
4.3 We are not an authorized dealer of any brand name watch manufacturer, and we are not affiliated with any such manufacturers, their authorized dealers or distributors, or owners of Third-Party Property. As such, we disclaim all proprietary interest in Third Party Property unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
5.1 Our goal is to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, our website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, errors or omissions, and some information may not be complete or current.
5.2 We reserve the right to correct any mistakes, inaccuracies, errors or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you for any mistakes, inaccuracies, errors or omissions on our website.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
6.1 Unless expressly stated in our Watch Warranty Policy, we disclaim all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement in respect to our website, watches, and other items we sell.
6.2 You expressly understand and agree that your use of our website is at your sole risk and that our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or our website shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the Watch Warranty Policy or in these Terms and Conditions.
7. AGREEMENT FORMATION
7.1 The products displayed on the website are not offers but invitations to make offers, and a final agreement is not made until you have received an order confirmation and paid.
7.2 Once you have found a product you wish to purchase, you can send your request to purchase that specific product. You will be contacted with an order confirmation on the terms that Chrono Watch can offer you. The offer is accepted by you when you make the payment.
7.3 Please note that Chrono Watch does not accept cash payments, only bank transfers.
8. DELIVERY
8.1 Chrono Watch offers delivery throughout Europe via FedEx. All deliveries will be handled by FedEx, and specific delivery terms will be agreed upon individually. If you wish for personal delivery, you will need to present identification documents that include your address before entering into the agreement, and the full amount must be paid to Chrono Watch. The specific delivery terms are always agreed upon individually.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a business, you have no rights of withdrawal.
Your right of withdrawal as a consumer depends on whether the products are in stock or sourced :
9.1 In-stock items
- 9.1.1 As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you receive the watch.
- 9.1.2 Out of the price you pay for the watch, Chrono Watch incurs costs of EUR 500 for delivery costs, security handling costs, marketing, etc. Therefore, an amount of EUR 500 will be deducted from all refunded amounts for watch purchases.
- 9.1.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide written notice within the 14-day period. You must include your name, address, order details, phone number, and email address. The written withdrawal must be sent to info@chrono-watch.com.
- 9.1.4 The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received. All documents and proofs, etc., must be intact and included. The consumer must pay for the return shipment as well as any insurance.
- 9.1.5 The return address is Chrono Watch ApS, Strandvejen no. 100, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark.
- 9.1.6 You must use a secure and traceable return method, and we recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the product. Chrono Watch assumes no responsibility for products damaged or lost in connection with the return shipment. All returns can be made in person at the office.
- 9.1.7 You are responsible for any decrease in the product's value if you have handled the product in a way other than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may not have used the product, even just wearing the watch at home.
- 9.1.8 If the product has been handled beyond what is described above, it is considered used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund depending on the commercial value of the product.
9.2 Procured items
- 9.2.1 All products listed and sold on Chrono Watch as procured items have no returns or cancellations are allowed once the purchase is completed, irrespective of the nature of the item (e.g., whether it is a sourced or in-stock product). By purchasing any item from Chrono Watch, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no right of return applies.
- 9.2.2 Procured Goods are defined as any products that are specifically ordered or sourced by Chrono Watch for the customer. These goods are not regularly stocked and are acquired upon a specific customer request.
- 9.2.3 No Right of Withdrawal: As these products are procured goods, the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal (typically 14 days) does not apply. By placing an order, you explicitly waive any rights to cancel or return the item.
- 9.2.4 Special Order Items: Any products ordered as part of a special request or sourced specifically for the customer are final sales, and Chrono Watch is under no obligation to accept a return for such products. Customers are encouraged to carefully review and confirm the details of their order before submitting it.
- 9.2.5 No Refunds on Cancellations: If you attempt to cancel a procured goods order after the order is accepted, Chrono Watch will not offer a refund. You are responsible for ensuring that the item is the correct product before submitting your order.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
10.1 Chrono Watch shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, natural disasters, government actions, and other force majeure events. In the event of such delays, Chrono Watch reserves the right to extend delivery timelines or cancel orders without liability.
11. WARRANTY
11.1 Chrono Watch exclusively sells authentic watches that have been sold by authorized dealers to either individuals or watch dealers. For repair work and other services covered by the manufacturer's warranty, you should contact the nearest authorized dealer. Chrono Watch can assist in submitting the product for service if it is covered by the warranty. Some of the products sold on the Chrono Watch website come with a manufacturer's warranty. Refer to the accompanying materials from the manufacturer for further details.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
12.1 By visiting or using our website or by purchasing any item from or through us, you agree that the laws of Denmark, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions, our Policies, any purchase and sale transaction between you and us and any dispute arising from any of the foregoing.
12.2 You consent and agree that any dispute between you and us shall be litigated exclusively in the Danish Court for Commerce. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive venue and jurisdiction of such Danish courts, and agree to accept service of process by mail, and hereby waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses available to you, including, but not limited to, inconvenient forum.
