Shipping (FAQ's)
If I Place My Order Today, When Will I
Receive It? Orders are processed in the order they are
received. Normal processing can take 24-48 hours, and upon verification &
approval, your merchandise is shipped out immediately. Chrono-Watch.com
offers several convenient shipping methods for delivery within the
continental United States. Please keep the following in mind when choosing a
delivery method: shipping times represent the time it normally takes your
package to arrive from the day you submit your order. Additionally,
processing & shipping times do not include non-business days (i.e.,
Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays).

If you need your order in less than 2 days, please
contact customer care to see if it's possible for us to deliver your order
in time (9am-5pm Mon-Fri CDT).
You can also track your order on our website. Click on
"My Account". From there you may check the status of an order, obtain
tracking information, and view your shipping information. Then you will be
able to see if your order has been shipped and you can obtain your package's
tracking number. Your e-mail address is only used to identify your account,
to notify you about current promotions and specials, and to send out updates
on your pending orders
How Do I Receive My Order? Our
orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS, DHL or USPS (United States Postal
Service). The carrier is our choice and it depends on the shipping method
you select.
Where Will Chrono-Watch.com Ship My Order?
We will ship your order to the Shipping Address that you provide, either
domestic or international. Shipping to a Post Office Box (PO Box) will limit
your shipping options as Fedex cannot deliver to a PO Box. As required by
Seiko and Citizen for their internet retailer accounts, their products are
for U.S. distribution only. Should you use one of these brands outside
the USA, their warranty cover your watch internationally during the first
year of your purchase.
IMPORTANT: ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing
address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent),
please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to contact
your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is
simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a
destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably
delay the processing of your order.
Can Chrono-Watch.com Ship to International
Locations?
Yes, we do ship to International locations. We currently
ship to the United States, US Territories, US Military bases (US & Abroad), and

question, please feel free to contact us by mail or telephone!
International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, and generally
take 7-10 days from date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs
procedures of the destination country. Chrono-Watch.com assumes no
responsibility with respect to these procedures or any tariffs, duties, or other
such restrictions & charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country.
All applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, are the sole responsibility
of the customer.
Due to the increased cases of fraud involved with international orders, please
expect to be contacted by Chrono-Watch.com if the shipping or billing address is
an international address. It is important that you provide us with both
the payer’s phone number and the recipient’s phone number if they are
different.
How Do I Know Which Shipping Option To Select?
We currently offer different shipping options: Free Shipping (For qualifying
orders only), Home Delivery (4-9 days), Ground (4-9 days with insurance for
watches above $500), 2nd Day (2-5 days with insurance for watches above
$500), Overnight (1-3 days) and Overnight with Special Insurance (1-2 days
with insurance for watches above $500). Please note that these leadtimes

Chrono-Watch checks the method of payment used for every order, as well as
names, billing and shipping addresses. If for any reason, Chrono-Watch
believes that the order is not legitimate, we reserve the right to delay the
shipment and eventually cancel the order. We will report any credit card
that appears fraudulent.
How Are Shipping and Handling Charges
Determined?
Shipping and handling rates are determined by:
- The total weight of all of the merchandise ordered.
(Most items are considered to be two pounds or more
each.)
- The shipping method selected.

Does My Order Qualify for "Free Shipping"?
Free Shipping offer:
- Free Shipping offer is valid only on orders $150.00 and over.
- Free Shipping offer is only valid to the continental USA. Orders shipped to
Alaska or Hawaii will incur freight charges.
- Standard ground or USPS shipping method will be selected by
Chrono-Watch.com.
- Free shipping offer is limited to "In Stock" items only.
- Free Shipping offer is not available for International Orders nor APO and
FPO adresses.
- If a shipping charge does apply, the charge will appear in your shopping
basket at checkout.
- This offer is for a limited time only. Chrono-Watch.com reserves the right
to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.
