The House of Audemars Piguet is one of only two 19th century manufactures in the world which remains both independent and under the leadership of its founding family. Of all the families currently established in the Valley of Joux, the Piguet family is probably the oldest.

Established in 1875 by Jules Audemars and Edward Piguet, it began as a specialist in the manufacture of grandes complications and extra-flat movements - a focus and identity which it retains to this day.

Despite the company's enormous success, every watch is still made by hand the old-fashioned way; one at a time. Today, along with Patek Philippe and Vacheron Constantin, Audemars Piguet is considered to be one of the "big three" as one of the finest watches in the world.

Last December Karl-Heniz Kalbfell, CEO of Maserati and Georges-Henry Meylan, Managing Director and CEO of Audemars Piguet, signed a contract in Modena extending the partnership between the famous brand with the trident emblem and the Manufacture in Le Brassus. Through this new agreement, Audemars Piguet becomes the main partner of the Trofeo Maserati. Audemars Piguet Maserati Limited Edition, available in Silver - Gold 18K and Platinum.
